Jellies diffusion
|
Students understand
hydrophilic colloid diffusion process
|
Diffusion is an
irreversible physical process where material particles into a new media and
is relies how molecules are moved from high concentration zones to where are
similar ones
|
1. 1 lt of water
2. A medium sized pot
3. 20 gr natural jelly
4. A spoon
5. Edible colourant
6. Six Petri boxes

1. Boil water in the pot, add jelly
until dissolved. Let it cool.
2. Add the liquid jelly into a heat
resistant recipient (Petri box) and let it cool.
